Hellloooo! Benny here! The bunnies are back! After silly mum broke the laptop we managed to get all our lovely bunny things back and on to a brand new laptop and we were back in business! Then mum had a 'noperation' so me and Button have been looking after her this last week or so - she is much better now!
So, finally, we have been able to start our blog again and get on with finishing our latest Hopper!
Button was funny today! I've always been really good at using my treat ball (the ones you roll and treats come out of) but Button never really got the hang of them - until today!! She used to wait for me to roll the treats out, then nudge me out the way and eat them. Today, she got the hang of pushing the ball around, and when she rolled hers too far away, she came after mine!! We must have looked like two football players tackling each other! She then got really excited, ran round and round the lounge binkying, and stretched right out on the floor so I gave her lots of bunny kisses and licks up and down, up and down like when I eat a yummy corn on the cob!!
Oh no! Mum 2 foot's laptop is broken!! She had great intentions to finish and send the latest Hopper, and then, disaster, the laptop broke! All mum's files are on the laptop and the special software (aaah sounds cuddly!) to make the Hopper too! We hope to be fully operational again in a week or so. Mum is very worried as all our bunny pictures are on there - silly two foots didn't have a proper 'backup'. We are not sure what that means but assume it is something silly as 2 foots ARE silly sometimes! Bunny hugs to the silly worried 2 foots!! xxx
Oh what a changeable week it has been! Last Sunday the weather was so lovely that me and mum 2 foot spent an afternoon in the front garden having a walk on my lead and a sunbathe!
It was a lovely girly day - mum made daisy chains for me to wear on my head and mum took lovely pictures! She promises she will find some time to put them on here, and then on our website!
Dad brought Benny outside for a bit to see us but Benny decided he was happier inside and ran back in the front door! I think he just wanted to see what we were doing!
One of the reasons mum was so busy this week is Benny's gut suddenly played up again on Tuesday, and as for once it happened during 'vet hours' Benny had to go straight to the vets for some painkillers and medicine to get his gut moving again. Poor Benny! We don't know what has set it off although mum said we have to have less treats now (boo!) but also that she is going to stock up on some medicines to keep here as sometimes Benny's poops get a little strung together and we think we need something better to treat that.
By Wednesday morning (mum checked on Benny all night) at about 3am Benny was sitting on our dinner tray eating veg, and after seeing the vet again, mum got some special fibre medicine Benny had to take. He didn't like it much and getting the syringe in his mouth looked tricky!!
Strangely, Wednesday night mum and dad caught Benny picking the syringe up in his mouth himself and licking it, and he ate half the dose himself! However, as soon as mum and dad tried to get him to eat the rest it was 'scratch city'!!!
By then Benny was producing lovely (small) golden poops (thanks to all the extra fibre!) and now they are back to normal again! I have been helping look after Benny too!

Oh what busy bunnies we have been! After mum hitting her head the other week, we had to look after her AGAIN last week as she was rather poorly with something called siney-sitis or something! She was all snotty and icky looking! She's still very tired as the worky place didn't leave her alone even when she was poorly so we are giving her extra nose rubs!
Anyhoo, back to the important stuff - us!! We got VERY spoiled at the weekend as a pet shop that sells lovely things finally re-opened after it got burned down a long long time ago!
Mum and dad bought us soooo many things! We got new herbs, a sunflower bed cushion, a huuuuge willow ball and a carrot and parsnip tree! We don't understand how carrots and parsnips can grow on trees but ours do!! Mum has promised some videos and pictures soon!! We are lucky buns!
What a hectic week us bunnies have had! We have been looking after the 2foots even more than usual! On Tuesday, the magic cupboard that sends heat round the house stopped working so we were chilly bunnies! The repair 2foot man did not come until the next day so we had to all snuggle together to keep cosy!
Then, on Wednesday, poor mum hit her head on one of the 2foot shelves. It looked very painful but she did not go to the 2foot vet as she wanted to wait for the 2foot repair man!
We looked after her that day as she did not feel very well, but then she went back to the work place on Thursday so we thought she was all mended. Friday she did not feel very well at all so that night daddy took her to the 2foot vet at the hoppy-spital. They said her head was Ok and there was no damage (after all she is always scatty and clumsy so no change there!!!) but that she had to take it easy for a couple of days. Poor mum! We have been snuggling her lots and lots! She seems much better now so we are happy bunnies!
Hoppy Easter everybun! We were very confused bunnies today as it was snowing! We thought it was Easter?? Not Christmas!!!!
Mum and dad bought some snow indoors for us to play with - Button thought it was a lollipop and licked it! I don't like getting my paws wet so I looked from a nice safe distance, near the nice warm fireplace!
We were busy bunnies delivering easter eggs of course which made us very tired! I had a nice rest, but Button decided to have bonkers one and spent the evening binkying round the lounge!
Hoppy 2nd Birthday Benny! Benny was 2 today! The 2foots gave Benny a big chunk of banana with a candle in it! I don't like squishy fruit so I had some dried banana which was yummo!
He got a big dangy wooden block and bell toy! I think he preferred the wrapping paper tho!
Oooh we are excited bunnies today! Ok, so the weather is icky and it is horrible and windy (Benny HATEs windy days!!!) but it's a good day as mum has made us even more famous!
Mum has added video's to our bunnytales website and we are on a special website called 'YouTube'!! We like tubes! We like running through them and chewing them! BunTube!!
The first video mum made is of Benny when he was a tiny baby bunny and still had a cage as his house! He was so teeny! (Not like now with his big squishy bunny butt!) Hopefully there will be some of me on there really soon!

Oh it's another howling windy day! We don't like the wind! (Well, Benny doesn't!!) Even being indoors, it makes horrid noises that make our bunny bones chill!! Mum and dad have been snuggling us - but we think they are snuggling us because they are chilly!!!
Mum has re-arranged some of our toys and play things! Our 'room with a view' is upstairs in their sleepyroom now (we sleep there at night too!) We prefer it upstairs as its right next to the wardrobe and it makes it a little easier to run up the stairs!
We got new treats delivered this week - we had run out of our dried pineapple and papaya and had to wait a whole weeeek for mum to re-order! It was worth the wait tho as it is sooo yummy!!
Have a hoppy weekend - we heard a rumour that we are getting sweetcorn tonight so we know we will!!
Me and the 2foots were soooo worried last night! Mum and dad got home a little bit late (something about evil trains!!!) and it was very very windy out and we could hear it and Benny doesn't like the wind and was scared!!
When mum and dad came home we had our biccies and Benny ate his, but then when mum and dad put dinner out for us he didn't want ANY! He wouldn't eat treats or herbs or hay or anything! I tried giving him extra nose kisses but he was very very upset!
Mum was worried his guts might have stopped again so she made him have special pro-biotic medicine and had to get up every couple of hours in the night time to feed him. I went up to bed with mum and dad but Benny wanted to stay downstairs.
I was scared we would have to go to the vet place, but by the morning time when we all got up for breakfast, Benny had come upstairs and was sitting in the middle of our dinner plate with a mouth full of veg looking very happy! He even tried to nick my breakfast he was soo hungry!!!
He did give us a fright though!! We luv ya Benny! xxxx
He he he! When dad gave us our breakfast this morning Button was sooo excited (she's extra happy and hyper lately!) that she stuck her paws in and dug it all out and ate it straight off the floor! (I think she was worried I would nibble at hers!) Annd she ate so quickly that she was squeaking and grunting! Oh she is a funny bunny but that's why I luv her!
When dad gave us some treats tonight I jumped up on his lap and stood up and tried to use MY paws to dig the treats out of his people paws! Didn't quite work but I did get an extra treat for being clever and cute!
Hullo! Fun day today! I ran round and round and round and round and round the sofa warren until I was dizzy! Benny tried to keep up but I was extra super-bunny fast today!
Mum 2foot surprised us with treats from the shops too today! We got a WHOLE bunny biscuit each (we usually share one but mum said as a special treat coz we ran out and didn't have any for a few days) annnnd we had some nice dried herb mix which was scrummy! No running around for a bit after that - our bellies were too full!

Mum and Dad booked a last minute 'snowboarding' holiday. We don't totally get what that is but we like playing on the big flat skiddy board things!!
That means the 2 foots were away soooooo it meant we got a holiday of our very own!
We went to a lovely place called Bobtails Rescue where we got our own cabin and we got to look out the windows! We were very luck yo to get in coz they are very busy 2foots! It was a lovely place and people came to visit us and said we were very very cute (which we are!!) We saw lots of other lovely bunnies that the lovely people have saved from not very nice 2 foots. Some of them were just left alone before the nice people saved them which makes us so so sad! Why would anyone want to abandon a bunny!?
We had a fab time but we were glad to come home tho! Mum and Dad gave us loads of kisses!!
Since being back we have been having our wormy treatment which tastes OK but its fun to make a fuss with our medicine! Hee hee!
Mum has been soooo busy with the work place (even at night times which is nose rub time usually!!!) that she is late with our Hopper again!! Grrrr! Naughtly mum! She has promised she will do it in the next day or so!

We are so sorry we have not written our blog for sooo long!!! The 2 foots were busy shopping and dealing with Santa Bun, and we were very busy eating treats and playing!!!
Mum has been so busy that she hasn't even finished the Hopper for December yet!! Naughty!!

She got some lovely prezzies - a snuggly cushion and a snuggly hidey hole (which may be a little small for her but I'm not gonna tell her she has a big snuggly butt!!!) and some cookies and her own treat ball!!
Annnnd she got extra treats which I shared too! Yummy apple treats that we rolled out of our treat balls, banana chips and yummy herbs including our favourite plantain!!!!
Hi!! Benny here! We have had such a busy bunny week!!!
Following spooky halloween fun, on Sunday night we watched a fab film with mum and dad called Curse of the Were-Rabbit!!! There were cute bunnies everywhere!! Annnd a huge giant bunny!!
Then there were the bangs and flashes that went on and on for DAYS!!! Monday was the most noisy, although I think the noises made mummy more jump than me and Button! We don't mind the noises too much as we had the TV on anyway!
Annd our present from mummy finally turned up today - it is a carrot patch where we can dig up little toy carrots!!! We love it and have made a mess of it already!!
Finally, today Button had to have one of her jabs at the vet - I didn't have to go!!! Mum said my VHD jab is not due until June so I was off the hook today!! I made sure I looked after Button and gave her lots of kisses!
Hoppy Halloween everybun!!! We are very excited today coz we know that we can do trick or treat later!!! yay!! We like the treat part best although we may be performing some tricks too!!!! Heehee!

Been a lazy day so far, mums working at home today so every now and then we try and get some treats out of her, but other than that, we are chillin' buns today!!
Benny here! Button has reeeallly learned how to beg well for treats lately!! She can't quite walk along on her back legs like I do but she stands right up and kinda turns around!!!
Last night we both pestered mum and dad over and over so we got loads of treats! Button took it a little far and everytime mum or dad even looked at her she stood up and posed!! Needless to say she had a few too many treats and today had a little bit of a dirty bum! Mum gave her a wash and said she has to stop being quite so cute, hehe!
She is fine now - she just got a bit messy is all! We were both allowed some yummy plantain today which helped Button's tummy!
Sorry we have not written for a whole week! We finally both had our myxi jabs on Friday, they weren't too bad and we know they are so important!
Mum has been very busy this week putting together a newsletter all about us and other bunnies!! We hope it will be ready very soon! (Mainly because then we can use the computer again!!!) It is going on our webby site for people to sign up to and then they get special offers and things! (www.bunnytales.co.uk)
We are grumpy buns today!!! Mum got our vet box out and we went allll the way to the vets for our Myxi jabs, and when we got there the vet told mum he only had one lot of the jab so we couldn't both have it!!
Neither of us wanted it without the other, so mum said we have to go back AGAIN on Friday to both have the jabs then!! Grrrrrrr!
Hello! Oh we have had a lot of fun today!! After dad bult us our fab indoor warren the other week, mum made us a warren for us to dig in today!!!
I think she used the big box that our latest lovely hay came in! Oh we have had so mich fun digging in it and eating the hay and herbs that are inside! Here are some of our piccys!
Oooh we are sorry we didn't write yesteday! We had a rather lazy day, follwed by a very late night! Mum and dad watched a film on telly, and we played in our warren and did lots of binkying!
Something funny happened though - we were alll up sooo late last night, that mum and dad kept dozing off on the sofa. Mum woke up and had some of her drink from a glass but must have fallen asleep with it in her paw as she accidentally tipped it on daddy which woke them both up! Oh it was sooo funny! Why don't 2 foots use water bottles like ours?? It doesn't matter if you fall asleep drinking then as you can't spill it on your bunny buddy!!
Oh it was funny today as Benny has learned how to walk on 2 feet, like a 2 foot!! It looks very funny! He tippy taps along on his back feet for a treat! Mum and dad were very impressed with his new trick, and I was too! Mum and dad say I have a good 'trick' too which is being very pretty and cute! heehee!
Dad went out at night to have his fur trimmed and came back with different head fur - it looks nice, but we liked it all big and fluffy as he looked like a lionhead bunny!!! hahaha Now he looks more like a mini lop like us, so actually I guess we do prefer it now!
Mum and dad had stinky indy-an food for dinner, so as a treat we got to eat a corn on the cob! Yummo!
Yaaayyyyyyy! Today when mum got home from 'work' (we are glad we don't have to work!! Pooing is work enough!!) the postman 2 foot had left her a parcel and when she opened it, it was our treats!!! Yaaay!
I jumped straight up on the sofa and helped her to open them, and I got to eat some sunflower petals and peppermint and papaya and LOADS of other herbs! Mum put some in our hidey hole and me and Button stuck our heads in and ooh we munched until our bellies were full!
We are famous bunnies today! Mum gets a special e-mail newspaper sent to her every month and this month she got a surprise when she opened it as we were both bunnies of the month!
It is because we nominated each other when were were both poorly! And neither of us knew that they had nominated the other!!! What a nice surprise it was! Mum was so proud she said she will give us a picture of the picture in the newspaper to put in our blog!! It's actually the same picture that WE use on our blog when we are both rabbiting!!
Tonight Benny gave us a bit of a scare! He was fine and we had our dinner and treats, but then later he sat and looked all uncomfortable and was making loud grindy teeth noises and me and the 2 foots got a bit worried, especially when he turned down a biscuit!!
Mum gave him some special medicine but he was still looking very uncomfortable. Then she gave him a bit more after some cuddles and a massage, but still nothing! The 2 foots kept leaving treats for Benny but he said I could have them so I got to eat loads, hee hee!
Then mum used the telly-fone and spoke to the ee-mer-gen-see vet and then dad got our Vet box out, eeessshk! Benny saw that and decided he was fine and started eating some biscuits and herbs and running around!! I think he was FAKING so he could have treats!!! He said he had a bit of a tummy ache (we tried some new leaves yesterday) but he felt better after having his medicine. I'm just glad he is OK, but I still think he might have been pretending!!
