Hi! We are pleased to say that it looks as though poor Button is on the mend!
After a second visit to the vet it was decided Button's head tilt was possibly caused by E.Cuniculi, despite us using preventative treatment for this. She was put on a worming treatment for 28 days, and as a precaution Benny was to be treated for 9 days.
Considering what a fidget pants Benny usually is he was soo good about taking his medicine! So well done Benny! (Benny says
!)
After a few days of taking her wormer, Button has been soo hyper! She has been on it for a week and a half now and her head seems to be un-tilting! ('Straightening up' is the expression I spose although I prefer un-tilting!)
Both bunnies had some outdoor time yesterday which they enjoyed, and this morning Benny decided to initiate a game of chase (with me!!!) which was fun and Button even joined in for a bit!
Benny has just taken a break from trying to disconnect the TV by jumping on the [covered] wires and last time I looked he was blissfully flopped against the wall behind the TV! No picture of course, as soon as you even get the camera out he sits up to pose!!!![]()
Button is busy stuffing her cute, slightly straighter lil' face with veg and breakfast! She looks so cute I can even forgive the THREE toilet accidents she had on the floor last night. Little unusual for her but the bunnies have explained it is my fault for having a particlarly vigorous clean out yesterday which confused Button as there was no scent on the litter tray! So, my apologies to Button!!!![]()
Well, off to do some pot painting as I have a day off from the hell pit work place today! Have a look at the new designs on our website at www.bunnytales.co.uk !
